I met Candace when I first started going to CrossFit Tsavo. She was so much fun to spend time with at the gym, and she helped push me along to get stronger and to work out hard! One day she mentioned her son leaving on a mission, and the fact that they hadn’t taken family pictures for years. I knew we had to get that changed asap! After seeing my four older brothers go on missions, I knew that once her son left and came back, their family would always be different. These “stages” don’t end when your kids grow up! No matter what age your kids are, this stage will come and go. And I can promise it’s worth it to capture them in every stage. Stop letting all the time go by!! In case you needed a push to take family photos, this is it!! I promise you’ll only regret the photos you don’t take!

Since I had only met Candace, it was so much fun to see her with her husband and kids. I loved witnessing their interactions and hearing all about their family together. And of course I loved watching the boys pick on their sisters and the sisters dishing it right back. As you all know, I come from a family of all boys so I’m always happy to see girls that can hold their own with their brothers!
