I met Esther last May at Rachel and Dylan’s wedding where she was a bridesmaid!! When I got the email from her about it being her time as a bride and wanting to work with us, I was so excited!! I love working with our past bride’s bridesmaids and I knew that Esther would be such a joyful and happy bride! That is a characteristic that we are so drawn too! Joyful and happy romance is the best and that is exactly what Austin and Esther’s relationship is all about!!

One of our favorite things about meeting with our couples at their sessions or beforehand, is getting to know more about their love story. Esther filled out our questionnaire that gave me a good look at their love story before we met with them and it had me laughing and grinning from ear to ear. These two are a hoot!! Here’s an excerpt from what she said, “He thought that he wasn’t good enough for me though and assumed that I was just using him as a rebound, so he took me to a REAL game that week and said that we should date other people. He really didn’t want to be a rebound. I was upset during the whole game because I really wanted to date him, so finally, right during the game, I grabbed him and kissed him just to prove that he didn’t like me one-sidedly. He looked really shocked but it definitely worked!” I could not have laughed harder at this!! This girl wasn’t afraid to let him know how she felt.

Austin and Esther were so easy going and relaxed about everything. When we woke up to a nasty rain in the area where we were going to do their bridals, they never were frustrated or upset. The idea of the capitol was great for them and it looked beautiful!! From the classic black that Austin was wearing and the dress that fit Esther like a glove to her stunning bouquet, it all complimented the look of the capitol perfectly. And throw in Austin’s fun socks that he was wearing, you know it was a winner! Logan is obsessed with colorful and patterned long socks from the brand Happy Socks and so we love a handsome groom who sports some fun socks too! We laughed through their entire session and I know that I will never get over how happy these two are!! Enjoy some of my favorites from their formal session!
