If you follow us on Instagram or Facebook, you might have seen that Logan and I both celebrated our birthdays within the last month. We like to party hard from February 14 to March 3rd,with Valentines Day, my birthday, our anniversary and Logan’s birthday! One of the birthday traditions that we have started since being married is to make birthday cake pancakes together in the morning- let’s really focus on the fact that we make them together. Spending time together on our birthday mornings is the best of making them really. It gives us time to talk about what the birthday person accomplished in the past year and to celebrate how awesome they are! Plus, it’s way more fun to help each other. I seriously love this tradition and this recipe!! These are so yummy and freeze well too. When unthawing them, put them on a cookie sheet and place in the oven at the “warm” temperature (170 ish). They will thaw out and warm up to be a really good temperature!
