Now that I have sent them their wedding day gallery, I figured it was time to share this formal session at the Idaho Falls temple. When this temple closed, I knew that I would miss photographing there, but this session made me realize just how much I LOVE shooting at this temple. The Idaho Falls LDS temple is in a beautiful spot with the river, it’s landscape is so good, and you can find the best glowy light there. And we had each of those things going for us during their session.

After taking their engagements, you think I would have been prepared for just how much I loved photographing Dawson and Ashlyn, but I wasn’t prepared for it. It was the most beautiful fall evening and these two made my job so easy. Dawson looked at Ashlyn like she was the most beautiful bride ever and boy was he right, Dawson is one lucky man to be able to call Ashlyn his wife!! Each time I have photographed them, they always give each other the best hugs and are filled with so much joy that turns to laughter in the perfect moments. We caught this session right before the leaves changed colors, so be sure to watch for their wedding day with the fall leaves!

And I knew that I loved that glowy light before this session, but WOW. This session takes glowy light to a whole new level.
