Ari noticed Jason during church school when they were only 15. It was those dimples of his that got her… the only problem was he didn’t remember her! He finally noticed her years later when they crossed paths at CSI. Five years later, I got to meet these two and see first hand just how happy they are together. My first meeting with these two after our trip to Hawaii, and I loved them from the beginning. The way they looked at each other and lit up at the thought and talk of getting married was priceless. The hopeless romantic in me was dying over it all! During our meeting, they asked me about places for engagements and when Jason mentioned they thought the Logan Canyon would be pretty, I was SO excited!! Tony’s Grove had been on my list of places I wanted to shoot all year and it was going to be the perfect place for the fall mountain look Ari was hoping for.

As we met up in Logan and started up the canyon, we hit a patch of rain clouds that had me stressing out in the car, but Logan reached over to take my hand and tell me it would all be alright. Of course he was right, and their whole session could not have gone any better. It was the perfect setting and their outfits were on point. We all laughed through their whole session as we told jokes from my 3 year old nephew and Ellen Degeneres. It doesn’t get much better than that! Can’t wait for their wedding next summer!!
