Rigby Family Photos | The Petersen Family

Luckily for me, taking these Rigby family photos was not the first time I’ve photographed the Petersen family. In fact, these beautiful people have been in front of my camera for the weddings of each of the kids and now family pictures, multiple times!

Repeat clients are so fun because of the relationships built. It’s always so great to catch up on what’s going on in their lives and to reflect back on all the happy moments. I can clearly remember the first wedding with Morgan and Hannah. Their reception was in a tent with a custom monogrammed dance floor. It was amazing! Then Zach and Kirstie’s bridal session is the one that I tell so many about because of the fact that we could hear a bear close by while we were shooting. And the last wedding of Will and Mckenna was filled with piano music! Will is an incredible pianist. He played for the father/daughter dance and it was amazing. And that’s not even beginning to mention all the fun and laughter we have had together.

This year, I couldn’t love their session any more! Of course we had to give a little extra love and attention to the first grandchild with grandma and grandpa. Coordinating outfits for extended family photos can be so tough, but they really nailed it! They had the perfect blend of prints, solid colors, and neutrals. Not to mention, the lighting and location was perfect this evening! I’ll always be looking forward to my next session with the Petersen Family.
