Every summer my family would always pack up and head down to Lagoon with the Albright family. We’d go for Sunday walks with them almost every Sunday in the summer and BBQs were a regular occurrence with them. We spent so much time with them, that really they felt like a second family to me. It was a family full of boys all in similar ages to my brothers. Taten is the youngest in the family and when he got engaged and I met Rachel, I knew that I had never seen him happier! And that includes those spring break trips to St. George and California that we took together. Rachel makes Taten smile like I’ve seen before. And the two of them together in one word are truly happy. A few weeks ago, we met at the Rexburg LDS temple for a first look and pictures there, just in case it was a blizzard on their wedding day! Truly, it was one of the sweetest first looks I’ve ever witnessed. Taten gushed over Rachel and how beautiful she was. Those sweet sentiments and compliments he gave her continued through the whole session as he wrapped the idea around his mind that she was really going to be his wife. And the this past weekend their wedding was a perfect winter day wedding. It wasn’t too cold, but there was a pretty snow on the ground to make sure it looked like a December wedding in Idaho!! And this was one of the only weddings Logan actually got to second shoot with me! It was so much fun having him shooting with me as a photographer again!
Taten and Rachel- we are so happy for you two! We cannot believe how perfectly happy the two of you are and we are so glad that clean checks are over, the semester has finished, and you are finally married!! Thank you so much for letting Logan and I be part of this for you!
These are some of my favorite pictures! Taten was SO happy to be married!
