I have known Tate for a really long time. Our parents are best friends and we did a lot of things together growing up. There were Sunday walks, annual Lagoon trips, California spring breaks, and lots of family dinners. When I heard Tate was dating someone special, I was particularly interested in how happy he had become. I watched all of his Facebook pictures with her and when I saw his mom, I checked in with her to see what Rachel was like. When I heard about her through emails, I knew they were such a good fit together. But I was not prepared for just how happy she makes Tate. Seeing these two together, I saw a new side of Tate. It was full of happiness and complete peace. As I listened to both of them tell me their story throughout the session, I smiled along listening to how they fell in love, their first kiss, and when he proposed. I’m so happy for you two!
