I am beyond excited to FINALLY announce this new part to our business. It has been an idea for awhile and we have been bouncing ideas and thoughts back and forth for most of the year. And the time has finally come to announce that we are hosting our very own workshop for beginning photographers!!
After we received many emails about different shooting/camera questions, we decided it was time to teach. We want to teach those who maybe just got new cameras and want to learn how to shoot in manual. This will give you a look into starting into photography as a career as well. We also want to teach moms who want to learn about how to get great pictures of your kids every day. As I have watched my nieces and nephews grow up so fast, I have realized more and more the importance of taking pictures of the small moments. Chelsea (my sister in law) and I were talking one day and she mentioned how she thinks it is sad because you never realize when the “last time” is going to be that your child fits in their bouncer or snuggle up close to you. That is the reason why pictures are so important. These pictures are going to freeze those moments forever for you.
The workshop is going to be focused on what all the buttons on your camera mean, what types of lenses to buy, and how to get great images in camera. With that being said, there is a requirement to own a DSLR camera to come to the workshop. I’m hoping that was a gimme.
Here are all the details-
Cost: $200
Date: October 10th, 2015
Time: 10:00 AM- 2:00 PM
