Taylor and Katelyn were married just before Thanksgiving and we haven’t had a chance to blog their picture perfect fall bridal session!! I say picture perfect because it was a warmer day, the sun was shining and even though it was late fall, the colors were still on the trees for us!!! I’m so excited to finally get to share these!! As Taylor and I waited for Katelyn to arrive at our location for their first look, I could feel the excitement and anticipation that Taylor was feeling. It’s one of those moments that you look forward to for awhile- for these two, it’s been years!! They were high school sweethearts and it was finally time for them to see each other as one another’s bride and groom for the first time. I love these moments of the formal session. It gives them a time and chance to be away from all the hustle and bustle that comes with a wedding day and truly just have time to be lost in the moments with each other. Taylor’s reaction did not disappoint as he was so happy to turn around to see Katelyn, dressed as a bride!! It was such a sweet moment that Katelyn’s mom was able to be there for, as well as Taylor’s parents on Facetime (thank heavens for technology!!).

These two have a way of bringing out these smiles from each other that I’m not sure if anyone else could. That’s what being together for as many years as these two have does to you- it makes you the best of friends. It gives you that insider knowledge to really know a person!!
