Adam + Taylor • St. Louis Wedding - Michelle & Logan Photo + Films

We just made it home from a whirlwind of a weekend in St. Louis to celebrate with Adam and Taylor for their wedding and being honest, it was nothing short of incredible!! I knew from the time I shot their engagement session that their wedding would be one awesome party, but I didn’t know just how perfect it would be. From Taylor’s details (be sure to check out her shoes!!) to having their families with them at their wedding to the dance party, we cannot think of a better day for these two. Adam and Taylor were married in the St. Louis LDS temple on the ONLY sunny day of our entire time there. The day was a little breezy with a little chill! Believe it or not, Idaho was warmer than Missouri while we were there!! The blossom trees and flowers were so fragrant on their wedding day. We could have walked alongside those trees all day long.

While we were taking their portraits, Adam bent down and picked a dandelion to add to Taylor’s bouquet and said, “Don’t say I never gave you any flowers.” We all laughed at the moment and Adam’s face as he tried to be serious. Watch for that bouquet shot 🙂 One of our favorite parts of their wedding was their relaxed and joyful feelings for their day. They weren’t stressed at all, just happy to be together and MARRIED! It really seemed like the only thing they needed that day was each other, they didn’t need everything to go 100% perfect. All they needed was the other’s hand to hold and that was enough to put those big smiles on their faces.

They rode from the temple to their reception venue in style in a white limo!! How fun is that?! I personally couldn’t get over it. Their reception was a party with all their friends and family dancing the night away! From the little kids to the grandparents, everyone was dancing- including us on a few songs! Some little girls were a little obsessed with dancing with the bride and it was the sweetest thing, until we found out that at one point one of the girls told Taylor that she was too old to be dancing!! To cap off the night, we headed down onto the sidewalk to get some night portraits to try and capture that downtown feeling that accompanied their venue in downtown St. Louis.

Adam and Taylor- we seriously love you two!! We are so happy that we were able to celebrate and dance the night away with you two! Happy honeymooning!!
