A couple years ago while I was shooting a wedding reception for our couple Boston and Jennica, I remember seeing this girl and telling Logan how much I would love to take her senior pictures. Back then, she was only 16 and I was still shooting seniors more often. When I was contacted a couple months ago to shoot Alexis senior pictures, I wondered if this could be the same girl I saw at the reception when they told me that they were cousins to Boston. When Alexis showed up for her senior session, I knew that it really was her, two years later and ready to graduate!! I was so excited to get to work with her! We had the perfect day of sunshine, blossoms, and NO wind. That is basically unheard of in Idaho, but it really happened! And we had the best locations that really gave her such a good mix of looks to her session from downtown Idaho Falls to a random field of pretty light to the Ravsten Stadium to finish it off!

Alexis filled her senior year with friends, activities and lots of sports. She is the kind of girl that could get along with everyone and make everyone feel loved and appreciated. What I loved most about my time with her, was the easy going feeling she has about her. She loves to laugh and have fun without all the stress of things needing to be perfect all the time. And in second place for what I loved most about my time with her, might be her prom dress. It’s UNREAL!! Trust me, you will know what I’m talking about when you see it! Alexis also gave me a chance to try something a little out of my norm for her track images. It is always good to be stretched and to grow, just like she is learning to do long and triple jump right now for her track team!

Good luck with these last few weeks of high school and best of wishes in college Alexis!! You are going to do amazing things and probably break a lot of hearts!!
