Alex+Rachael | The Anniversary Session - Michelle & Logan Photo + Films

When Rachael and I started emailing back and forth about their anniversary session and the look we were going for, I mentioned that in the time frame that were planning their session for, there would probably be blossoms and we could do that for part of it. I had no idea how perfect the blossom trees were going to be this spring and I was so excited to have found “the tree” as I was driving around in Idaho Falls before the session.

These two had just recently got home from a cruise celebrating their one year anniversary when we took pictures! We talked about how fast that first year had gone for them and it is always the same, no one can believe that much time has already passed. But what a good year it was!!

There is something about marriage that helps us become more than what we are alone. We become better because of each other and then it always seems that people are better together (Logan and I claim that as one of our songs :)). I knew Rachael and Alex before they were married and they were such awesome people, but together, they are incredible. They really bring out the very best in each other and it was so fun to reconnect with them and hear about their lives. We went to all new locations that I’ve never shot at before and it could not have been better. Enjoy some of my favorites!
