A few months ago I noticed images of these two together floating around on Facebook and Instagram. I knew both of them individually and when I saw these images, it was one of those moments when you think to yourself, “Yes! Why didn’t anyone think of that sooner?!” Austin was a groomsmen at Connor and Brandi‘s wedding last year and it was there that I saw these two in person together for the first time. And that’s when I knew, it would be a forever kind of thing- it was in the way they always held hands and that look as they smiled at each other.

At her work party, Tahni was in for the surprise of her life. Austin had arranged and made plans with her boss to surprise her with a marriage proposal and the prettiest ring!! While they were dating, Austin let Tahni know that he wanted to pick the ring out. He let her help a little by letting her pick the diamond shape, but that was it. And what a ring it is!! It might have become one of my new favorites, just wait until you see it!!

The day of their engagement session came and so did the snow! We got halfway through the shoot before postponing the second part of it for better weather. The first half was filled with the feud of John Deere versus Case tractors, as they both come from farming families, and lots of laughter. And then that second time we met up, was filled with love, SO much love. I couldn’t get over those little tender moments as Austin held her a little tighter and the way she smiled as he nuzzled in close.
