Rye and Kelsey had a perfect day. We could say that for all of our weddings, but truly it was perfect. The weather the day before and after their wedding was AWFUL, but their day was sunny and clear. The wind even died for their reception and it was an incredible day filled with so many of their friends and family. As we got a video put together to play at their reception, I found myself crying. Kelsey and I have always been friends. Our moms were friends before we were born and because of that, we have always been a part of each others lives. Seeing her that happy was such a joy to me. I honestly don’t think I could have picked anyone better for her than Rye. From the way he makes her laugh to the way he looks at her with eyes full of love, he is a perfect match for her. When Kelsey was first telling me her plans for the reception and she told me the location, I was praying for a clear day.
