LDS Pocatello Temple Wedding | John and Katie
John and Katie’s LDS Pocatello temple wedding was such a perfect day! Despite the big storm that barreled through Pocatello the night before, there ended up being nothing to worry about. The weather was perfect, the sun was shining, and the JOY was plentiful. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a crowd so excited for their bride and groom to exit the temple. Cheers and hugs and so much love and time spent talking to each other. The easy-going manner the rest of the day unfolded seemed to stem from all of that. They were overjoyed to have their friends and family surrounding them all day and I loved seeing it.
The atmosphere of the reception was just a continuation of all that love! There were so many beautiful details that I loved to photograph. It was truly a testament to the care they put into planning this day. They played the Shoe Game, which is always a favorite. But the way they had it set up allowed for everyone to really watch them and get to know them through their questions and responses.
