Swan Valley Formals and Idaho Falls Temple Session | Matt and Abigail
Buckle up — this is a BIG post and that’s because I simply could not get enough of Matt and Abigail’s Swan Valley formal session!! You might recognize this location from their engagements (if you don’t remember these two from their engagement session, you NEED to go check them out right now! It is definitely one of my favorite engagement sessions ever!), because Matt and Abigail decided they wanted to go back to this beautiful property in Swan Valley to shoot their formals. It was so cool to be back where we photographed their engagements, but for both sessions to feel totally different.
I will truly never get over this Swan Valley property. It just has SO much to offer – everywhere you look there is a new view that impossibly feels even better than the last! For this session, we started off with a First Look between the two of them. Matt just gushed over his bride. He just couldn’t get over her the entire time. He was so sweet and excited to see me take pictures of just her. See if you can find the photo with him framing her up! 😉
Idaho Falls Morning Temple Session
While Matt and Abigail knew they wanted bridals at her family’s property in Swan Valley, we also wanted to shoot at the Idaho Falls temple. So they booked another session to make it all happen! As you scrolled through the Swan Valley formals, you probably noticed the most stunning sunset light fading into dusk. For this Idaho Falls temple session, we woke up early and were rewarded with the prettiest blue sky and clear, morning light. I love that we got to have two totally different sessions, with different locations, scenery, and lighting!
