Do you remember the wedding giveaway we did?! Meet the winners… Taylor and Brianna!! Up until this point, we have only chatted over email and while that has been great, we knew we wanted to meet these two in person before their wedding. The reason we wanted that is because we wanted them to feel comfortable with us and get familiar with just how weird we I get when we are shooting. Plus, we are going to be with them on one of the most important days of their life- we wanted those interactions on their wedding day to feel more like a friendship than anything else!!

Last week when we flew into SLC from our time in Missouri, we knew that we needed to meet them then before they headed back home at the end of their semester. They took time away from their studies for finals to hang out with us in the blossom trees that are all over in Utah (Idaho is REALLY slow) and we got to know how Taylor makes Brianna laugh and the way she looks at him with that look of love she gets. I know that sounds SO overly cliché, but it’s completely true!

As we drove away from our mini session with them, I knew that there was a good reason we ran our giveaway. We are so happy to know that our time with them is not over! As we chatted with them and listened to all of their plans, I was taken back to when we were getting engaged and the excitement that came with all of that. They talked about all the things they would like to do together and all the places they would like to see. And as great as all those places sounded, it was even better to hear the encouragement and support that they had for each other in wanting to see the places that they find so inspiring regardless of the reasons. These two have a promising marriage ahead of them that I would say is going to be full of laughter, happiness, and a lot of adventures!
