Winter Wedding at the Idaho Falls Temple | Indy + Gracie
I love that we are in an age in the wedding industry where brides and grooms are encouraged to make the day their own. Sometimes that means ditching “tradition” and changing things up! For this winter wedding at the Idaho Falls temple, Indy and Gracie did just that! You probably remember their stunning indoor studio bridals — which already are so unique and classy! Rather than planning for an evening reception after their sealing, they decided to do something different. They followed their ceremony with a luncheon for their closest friends and family. The luncheon included toasts, music, food, and the time and space for loved ones to not only congratulate the couple, but also to get to know them better. It felt so intimate and connecting!
Another tradition they swapped out. Instead of doing a big cake for everyone to share, these two opted for a smaller cake. Then, they broke a cake-shaped pinata for all the little kids to enjoy! There’s nothing like seeing a blindfolded bride and groom whacking at stick at a cardboard wedding card! It was just the best!
