I’m so excited to be sharing the Campbell family’s photos today. The first thing you need to know about this session is that it was a MINI SESSION! That means it’s a much shorter family session. These can be great for several reasons. Less time = less stress on the kids! Although I make sure my family sessions are always a good time for everyone, sometimes a shorter session is just easier for kids. A shorter session means it’s easier to squeeze into everyone’s schedules. Plus, my mini sessions are at a lower price point. So if you need updated photos but don’t want to invest in a full session, this can be a great option for you!

Since I am the only girl in a family of all brothers, I especially love to see other girls with all brothers. I feel like I can relate to and understand them! There is definitely teasing happening from those brothers, but there is also all this extra love and special relationships between each sibling. I could definitely see this coming through with this family, and I loved capturing each one of them.

I always make sure to capture just mom and dad during family sessions. After all, it’s because the two of you fell in love that this family started in the first place! Johnny had the best Chick-Fil-A joke that would make him laugh and his family just all laughed with him. I loved Amber’s curly hair, especially with the UNREAL sunlight coming through this day. Everything about this session was exactly what I love about photographing families: beautiful colors, beautiful people, laughter, love, joy!
